What formats do you offer?
I currently offer ART, DST, HUS, JEF, PEC, PES, PCS, VIP and XXX but I can convert to almost any format. If your format is not available, please email me and I will see if I can provide that format.

What format do I need?
Check your machine manual or ask your dealer. Here is a list of machines and formats that they use:

Babylock, Brother – PEC or PES
Bernina – ART or PES depending on the machine.
Janome – JEF or SEW
Pfaff – PCS
Singer PSW – XXX
Tajima – DST
Viking Husqvarna, Pfaff - VIP

Are color charts included with the designs?
Yes, each design includes a color chart in .jpg format that shows the colors used.

Do you test your designs?
Absolutely. They are tested several times in different formats to assure quality and the proper end result.

Why are the colors different on my machine?
This is not unusual since each format has it's own color palette and during conversion the original colors will change in some formats. Be sure and follow the color charts provided and the design will stitch out in the correct colors.

What brand of thread do you use?
I use Isacord 40 wt. and Robinson Anton.

What kind of stabilizer do you recommend?
Enough cannot be said about stabilizer and the prope use. A lousy stitch out can generally be attributed to poor hooping or the wrong stabilizer. A great chart of comparisons is available at this link:

How will I receive my designs?
Your designs are delivered by instant download. Once payment is complete, you will receive a download link for the designs.

What if I receive my designs or the order is incorrect?
If for some reason you do not receive the link or there is any other problem, please email me at

What is your refund policy?
I do not refund collection purchases but will provide support. If you are unsure of your machine and it's capabilities, I recommend you test one of the free designs before making a purchase.

Terms of Use:
Designs can be used on items to be sold as long as you do not mass produce. I would love to see your finished projects, so please send me photos and I will post them on your project page.
Copying embroidery designs or sharing them is a copyright violation and is illegal. You may customize designs for your personal use, but you cannot offer these for resale.
